本隐私政策说明 Hangzhou Qianfeng Robotics Co., Ltd.（以下简称“我们”）在您使用 Space Agent 移动应用及相关服务时如何收集、使用、存储和保护信息。
我们收集的信息
Space Agent 会根据您启用的功能和授权情况处理以下信息：
- 账户和连接信息：用于连接 Space Agent 服务的服务器地址、认证令牌、设备名称和应用配置。
- 设备信息：设备标识符、设备型号、系统名称、系统版本、App 版本、制造商和推送通知令牌。
- 位置信息：在您授权并启用定位相关功能时，App 可能会发送精确位置、粗略位置、地理围栏、iBeacon、区域名称、定位精度、速度、高度和方向等信息。
- 传感器和状态信息：电池状态、连接状态、Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID、运动和步数、Focus 状态、存储状态、显示状态、Apple Watch 电池状态及其他您启用的传感器数据。
- 用户内容：当您主动使用相关功能时，App 可能访问或发送照片、相机图像、音频、语音输入或通知交互内容。
- 日志和诊断信息：当您启用相关功能或向我们寻求支持时，我们可能处理错误日志、设备状态和基本诊断信息，用于排查问题。
我们如何使用信息
我们使用上述信息用于以下目的：
- 提供 App 功能，包括账号连接、设备控制、通知、自动化、定位、传感器同步和 Apple Watch 功能。
- 发送和处理推送通知。
- 保障服务安全、验证请求并防止滥用。
- 响应用户支持请求并排查故障。
- 遵守适用法律法规要求。
第三方服务
Space Agent 使用 Apple Push Notification service（APNs）和 Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）提供推送通知能力。相关服务可能会处理推送令牌、设备标识符和通知投递所需的技术信息。
数据共享
我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将您的信息用于跨 App 或跨网站广告追踪。我们仅在提供服务、完成推送通知、响应支持请求、遵守法律要求或获得您授权的情况下共享必要信息。
数据保存和删除
我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所需期间保存信息。您可以在 App 或服务器设置中关闭定位、传感器、推送通知和其他隐私相关功能。若您需要访问、更正或删除与您相关的数据，请通过下方联系方式联系我们。
权限说明
App 可能请求定位、相机、麦克风、相册、蓝牙、本地网络、运动与健身、Siri、语音识别、Focus 状态和通知权限。拒绝或关闭部分权限可能会导致对应功能不可用。

Space Agent Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hangzhou Qianfeng Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Space Agent mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features you enable and the permissions you grant, Space Agent may process the following information:
- Account and connection information, such as server URLs, authentication tokens, device names, and app configuration.
- Device information, such as device identifiers, device model, operating system name and version, app version, manufacturer, and push notification tokens.
- Location information, such as precise location, approximate location, geofence events, iBeacon events, zone names, accuracy, speed, altitude, and course when location features are enabled.
- Sensor and status information, such as battery status, connectivity status, Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID, motion and pedometer data, Focus status, storage status, display status, Apple Watch battery status, and other enabled sensor data.
- User content, such as photos, camera images, audio, speech input, or notification interaction content when you actively use related features.
- Logs and diagnostics, such as error logs, device state, and basic diagnostic information when enabled or when needed to respond to support requests.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide app functionality, including account connection, device control, notifications, automation, location features, sensor synchronization, and Apple Watch features.
- Send and process push notifications.
- Protect service security, verify requests, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
Space Agent uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications. These services may process push tokens, device identifiers, and technical information required for notification delivery.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not use your information for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. We share information only as needed to provide the service, deliver push notifications, respond to support requests, comply with law, or with your authorization.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. You may disable location, sensor, push notification, and other privacy-related features in the app or server settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact us using the email address below.
Permissions
The app may request access to Location, Camera, Microphone, Photos, Bluetooth, Local Network, Motion & Fitness, Siri, Speech Recognition, Focus Status, and Notifications. Disabling permissions may limit related functionality.
Children's Privacy
Space Agent is not directed to children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.
